Services

Commercial HVAC Repairs of Houston provides commercial and industrial HVAC services including repair, maintenance, installation, and emergency services. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians.

Pricing and Payment

Service quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved commercial accounts. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required for certain services.

Warranties

We provide warranties on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. Warranties typically range from 90 days to 1 year depending on the service performed. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency rates apply for after-hours service. We prioritize emergency calls and respond as quickly as possible based on location and circumstances.

Permits and Codes

We are responsible for obtaining necessary permits for work we perform. Customers are responsible for ensuring their property complies with local building codes and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption except as required by law.

Service Access

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Emergency services cannot be cancelled once en route. Late cancellation fees may apply.
